Meet Kristen Wade

You’ve worked hard for this moment. Promotion to the executive level is no small achievement.

You’ve proven yourself as a high performer. Now it’s time to expand how you lead.

After more than 30 years in Human Resources — including 11 years at the C-Suite level — I’ve seen firsthand that promotion is only the beginning. The leaders who thrive at the executive level are not simply high achievers. They think differently. They position differently. They lead differently.

Kristen Wade, Executive Coach and Mentor for HR Professionals

Earlier in my own career, I worked hard and delivered results — but without a mentor or clear roadmap, many of my decisions were reactive instead of intentional. Looking back, I realized executive growth isn’t about doing more. It’s about leading with strategy and clarity.

That realization shaped my work today.

Through executive coaching and strategic career architecture, I help newly promoted leaders evolve from trusted performers to confident, enterprise-level executives — so they can command their role with clarity, confidence, and long-term vision.

Because your title may have changed.
Now your leadership must evolve with it.

Kristen’s Professional Background and Education

When not working with executives, Kristen spends time with her husband and two adult children in West Michigan. She loves outdoor activities in the summer and reading in the winter. If there is a pond anywhere close, you’ll find Kristen looking for frogs and turtles.
